He is a General Contractor and a licensed Independent Insurance Adjuster; familiar with the Xactimate estimating system. He has served as a Court Appointed Receiver in the Counties of Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino and Kern. He has directed invasive testing programs, supervised x-ray testing in mid-rise and high-rise steel buildings and managed re-construction projects. He has also served the banking industry in evaluating and completing foreclosed or distressed construction projects.
